Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 30 days after delivery. We also support eligible size exchanges.

Return Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and returned with original packaging and tags. Contact support@trendorau.com before sending a return.

Return Method and Costs

Returns are accepted by mail. For a defective, damaged or incorrect item, Trendorau provides a return label and pays the return shipping cost. For a size choice, preference change or other non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer an original-payment refund or another available item.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process refunds within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.
